Revitalization of the courtyard in Brno

The investor is the Municipal District Brno Centre. Implementation date 10/2023 – 01/2024 (greenery spring 2024).

Complete revitalization of the courtyard from the 1920s, which until now was used as a recreation area, but was already quite outmoded. The revitalization project is a complex reconstruction into a “21st century park”. The contract includes the demolition of the original paths, cutting down unsuitable trees and treating the ones left behind, creating new paths, installing a water supply and a drinking fountain, public lighting, furniture, a playground and landscaping. The developers have to adapt to the fact that the new park is being built in an urban environment with difficult access. The contractor will maintain the park for the next 3 years.
