Agreement to the processing of personal data

By completing the registration, application form, order or questionnaire, you give your consent to the Svaz zakládání a údržby zeleně, z.s. (hereinafter referred to as the Administrator), with its registered office at Údolní 567/33, 602 00 Brno, ID No.: 26529831, registered in the public register kept at the Regional Court in Brno, Section L, Insert 8536 – hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”, to carry out the following activities within the meaning of Act No. 101 /2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Data Protection Act”) and in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) to process the personal data you have provided in the application or order, in particular: name and surname, e-mail, telephone number, home address, company ID number, VAT number, billing address, delivery address.

Personal data will be processed by the Administrator for the purpose of issuing accounting documents, sending information communications and for marketing purposes.

By completing the application form for the educational event, you consent to the publication of photographs and video recordings taken at these educational events on the Administrator’s website and social networks (in particular www.szuz.cz,)

Personal data will be processed electronically until the consent is withdrawn. The Controller declares that it will use the personal data exclusively for its own use and will not provide it for the use of a third party, unless the third party processes the data exclusively for the Controller.

You give your express consent to the above processing. Consent may be withdrawn at any time, for example by sending an email to info@szuz.cz from the above email address or by sending a letter to the contact details of the company.

The processing of personal data is carried out by the Controller, but the following processors may also process personal data for the Controller: a. Provider of distibution services, accounting software and others owned by the Company. b. Possibly other providers of processing software, services and applications, but not currently used by the Company.

Please note that under EU law and regulation, you have the right to: – withdraw your consent at any time; – request information from us about what personal data we process about you; – request an explanation from us about the processing of your personal data; – request access to and have your personal data updated or corrected by us; – request that we delete your personal data; – contact us or the Data Protection Authority if you have any doubts about our compliance with our data processing obligations.
