In his presentation, Lars Juncker will outline the development process and approval procedures for public natural swimming facilities in Denmark. He will present the transformation of large outdoor swimming pools into biopools with a capacity of more than 400 visitors per day and share practical experience from their operation.
The lecture will also introduce a case study of a water play feature supplied exclusively with treated rainwater, designed and approved as a safe public space for water play.
